Sync Problem with Microsoft repo (OOM on repodb creation)

Hello
I have 2 Katello Systems. Both are CentOS7 with Katello 3.14.1-1 and Foreman 1.24.2-1. One system has about 60 repos and the other one is smaller. Both Katello Systems do access the upstream repo without a Proxy.
One of the repos that I have in both Katello Systems is the packages-microsoft-com-prod-el7 repo with the upstream URL https://packages.microsoft.com/rhel/7/prod/ and the Download policy Immediate.
This repo did have a checksum mismatch of the file aadlogin-selinux-1.0.004870001-1.x86_64.rpm in the past. This issue was fixed by Microsoft at the end of march 2020.
If I try to sync that repo it get's stuck at 0.44999999999999995 percent. I did wait hours and the sync Status does not get further.

Hello
This week on monday the 20.04.2020, I did install all the available OS updates. 15 packages from the pulp repo were also updated. Since this time the Microsoft repo can by synced.
