The pfixtures command doesn't work in pulplift

Description

Looks like the pfixtures command uses port 8000 but this conflicts with docker-proxy:

$ sudo netstat -ntpl | grep 8000
tcp6       0      0 :::8000                 :::*                    LISTEN      25666/docker-proxy- 

8000 is a very common port. I'd recommend we change the command to use a different port.

Nevermind, I had pulp-fixtures running via docker and then I tried to run it via podman.
