Need to support query of parent node to see which child nodes are out of sync. The following criteria will be used to detected the out-of-sync condition: At least 1 repository on the parent has been published since it was last synchronized to the child. At least 1 repository has been bound to the child since the last node sync. At least 1 previously bound repository exists on the child but has been unbound or deleted on the parent since the last node sync.
