Description

Currently how you upgrade is documented in the upgrade and pulp_upgrade booleans documented on ansible-pulp here: https://github.com/pulp/ansible-pulp

The issue is that there isn't any guidance on upgrading Pulp in the pulp docs itself. We should write some!
