Issue #592
closedserver.conf uses default paths that do not exist
Description
The [messaging] and [tasks] sections of server.conf point to SSL CA and CRT files that do not exist by default. These defaults should be blank, and the user should need to fill them out to match the files they need to create.
Scripts like the pulp-qpid-ssl-cfg produce output that the user can copy/paste into their config file.
This will be a backwards incompatible change.
