Description
RPM plugin needs to install some systemwide packages when it's container image are being built. It would be best if each plugin was able to specify extra commands to add to the Dockerfile via scripts that either run at the beginning of the default Docker build process or after. Plugin maintainers should be able to specify a relative path to the 'post_install_script' and the 'pre_install_script'
