For a task in Satellite we need a way of querying pulp about running task groups.

This request seems to be for Pulp 2. I'm closing this one as no longer relevant.

Pulp 3 has task groups which are used for migration plugin and for import/export so far. Pulp 3 task groups differ from Pulp 2 ones. I believe Katello deals with them.

Let me know if you have any concerns and I should reopen this request.
