Description of problem:
--help is taken like a repo ID
rpm -qa | grep pulp-server
pulp-server-2.4.1-0.4.beta.fc20.noarch
How reproducible:
always
Steps to Reproduce:
pulp-admin -u admin -p admin rpm repo create --repo-id --help
Successfully created repository [--help]
pulp-admin -u admin -p admin rpm repo list

Any string after --repo-id is taken as a repo-id value.
pulp-admin -u admin -p admin rpm repo create --repo-id --description
