The quickstart docs have been fragile, by using literalinclude we can render scripts directly.
Sync and Publish was done here:
https://github.com/pulp/pulp_python/pull/242/
Completion of this ticket can optionally add running these scripts to the docs build test to ensure that the docs are always correct. If this part of the task is not complete, please file another issue before closing this ticket.
