Description

The Task model has a 'state' attribute that uses pulpcore.constants.TASK_STATES and pulpcore.constants.TASK_CHOICES.

Note that the help text is duplicated so it won't be in consistent over time. The first place is here the second place is here

We also are going to have the same problem since this PR follows this pattern too: https://github.com/pulp/pulp/pull/3738

How do we make this DRY?
