Description

Move the pulpcore-plugin package into it's own git repository on GitHub.

Move all plugin writer related documentation into the new pulpcore-plugin repository.

Build the docs nightly using travis and publish them to http://docs.pulpproject.org/en/pulpcore-plugin/
