Description

on_demand repositories should always use the same checksums as their upstream repositories. It doesn't make sense to set a custom checksum on those repos.

To cover switching from immediate to on_demand and back, I suggest to not touch and preserve the existing custom checksum but in case of on_demand policy always use the upstream one.
Thoughts?

ttereshc, I think that makes sense.

Also, converting this issue to a story per our triage today.
