Description

This needs to test using containers because Pulp2 can only run in Fedora/CentOS environments.

After being ported that environment is what should run all pulp2 PRs in core, rpm, puppet, python, ostree, and docker. After each PR is run, it should needs to post back to the PR as a required check.
