The following Pulp-3-tests fails in the FIPS environment
tests.python.api_v2.test_duplicate_uploads.DuplicateUploadsTestCase.test_01_first_upload
tests.python.api_v2.test_duplicate_uploads.DuplicateUploadsTestCase.test_02_second_upload
tests.python.api_v2.test_sync_publish.UploadTestCase.test_01_first_repo
tests.python.api_v2.test_sync_publish.UploadTestCase.test_02_second_repo
The stack trace generated by these test cases says that the task is disabled in FIPS environment.
Should these be fixed so that it works in the FIPS environment too.

I am closing this issue. I will open another one in pulp-smash tracker to improve the tests to skip when FIPS is enabled.
