When syncing some feed that does not actually contain debian content, you'll get the error:
PLP0000: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: u'/var/cache/pulp/reserved_resource_worker-1@centos7-devel.example.com/0b615f38-8c01-42bd-8205-7e1d06116a7d/stable/Release'
Something more like this would be more appropriate:
Invalid release 'stable', 404 fetching http://myfeed/stable/Release
