There was only one filter that we mentioned on the MVP (repository version) and that functionality is provided by v3/repositories/<repository_id>/versions/<version_number>/content/

Since this is an "audit" style issue and we don't have any generic filtering needs, I am going to close this. If anyone needs a specific filter, please reopen.
