Description
The reaper task currently removes records from task_status collection based on time only (older than N1 days).
If for some reason tasks are not completed (usually in a waiting state) in a longer time than configured, their status is no longer available.
Tasks status should be removed only for tasks in one of the complete states

Pulp 3 no longer has this issue
