Example: https://pulpadmin.fedorapeople.org/jenkins/jobs/unittest-pulp_deb-pr/builds/59/

I guess build is marked as failed when at least one unit test didn't pass.
But unit tests didn't run at all in the example, failure happened earlier.
It's expected to see FAILED result in the table from example.
