Description

Currently pulp-smash is not able to run tests that directly call the pulp-consumer client or actually run scheduled tasks like detailed in issue #2680 [0] without manual install and modification of config files for pulp-consumer[1].

In order to get Jenkins jobs to run these tests, the install of necessary packages and modification of config files for pulp-consumer must be automated.
