Description

I set the max speed in /etc/pulp/server/plugins.conf.d/yum_importer.json, restarted all Pulp services and then requested an RPM from an On Demand repository. The streamer downloaded the file at full speed and did not respect the max_speed limit.

Pulp 2 is approaching maintenance mode, and this Pulp 2 ticket is not being actively worked on. As such, it is being closed as WONTFIX.
