Description

The pulp_packaging repo is deprecated. It still houses the build scripts for pulp 2, but the "devel" and "packaging" repos contain pulp 3 packaging and build tools. The "ci" dir in the pulp_packaging repo is really all that's left in there under active use and development. CI is a first-class function of development, worthy of its own repository and project. Moving the "ci" dir out of pulp_packaging and into a new "ci" repo is a good first step.

Pulp 2 is approaching maintenance mode, and this Pulp 2 ticket is not being actively worked on. As such, it is being closed as WONTFIX.
