We've mentioned this in a few places, but our docs themselves for 2.12 indicate the el6 is still supported for that release, which it is not.

I've filed this as a release blocker against 2.12, and already did some related work in a PR to update the release notes for 2.12: https://github.com/pulp/pulp/pull/2917
I recommend using git merge-base 2.12-dev pulp-2.12.0-0.1.beta to find a parent ref that cleanly merges into both 2.12-dev (for the PR) and the 2.12.0 beta tag (for the release engineer).
