All contributors need to be able to reference a succinct guide for how to contribute. This guide should be in a format of a contract that is enforced equally for every contributor - without regard for maintainer status. Such a contract can be derived from the contract[0] used by the ZeroMQ community.
The contract shall outline our style guide for both code and commit messages.
The contract shall outline how Pull Requests are submitted.
