Description
It would be great if the dev environment scripts noticed if you had "pulpproject.org" checked out in the devel dir, and installed all the packages (dnf and rubygems) needed so you can run jekyll.

There are two dependencies[0] that support pulpproject.org that are currently in the dev role. These should be moved to the new role.
It should also do the ruby things outlined in this section of the README[1]
It would be really nice if there was a pjekyll command (like psmash) which would be an alias for bundle exec jekyll serve.

So, since you filled in the story details with all the checklist bits, and I agree with all the checklist bits, I think that means that now I get to groom this, because I love what you've proposed here.
I did remove the question mark from the "create a new role" checklist item, because I think that's a fine role name.
