It means that not all packages will be listed in errata.

Info from reporter:

The code as writen occasionally pulled packages from the first pkglist
and collection elements but always ignored later pkglist elements.

On a recent katello install, RHSA-2016:1277, a kernel update, only shows kernel-tools-libs-devel-3.10.0-327.22.2.el7.x86_64 under Affected Packages even though Package Search shows the kernel-3.10.0-327.22.2.el7.x86_64 RPM and others in the Library. The updateinfo contains 11 RPMs for rhel-x86_64-server-7. Please consider backporting to pulp 2.8.x.

We may not be doing a 2.9.4 release, so I'm clearing the target release field for these to make sure they don't get lost in the next bugfix release cycle.

I believe the "target platform release" field on this can be set to "2.9.4". An automated test for this issue shows that a Pulp system with the following packages correctly handles this issue:
