Pulp-admin should output errors to STDERR

This is mentioned in passing in at least two bugs/stories (i.e. #145) but not really tracked anywhere.
Currently pulp-admin prints out error messages in a beautiful red colour.
But the thing is it does output them on STDOUT, not on STDERR.
That's pretty troublesome for automated testing (the kind that actually interprets the outcomes) and anything else that relies on normal conventions.
If you don't want much hassle you can hopefully just add something where you pick the output colour and there also set the right channel? I would hope this is an easy fix.

Pulp 2 is approaching maintenance mode, and this Pulp 2 ticket is not being actively worked on. As such, it is being closed as WONTFIX.
