Take down old Pulp wiki

Description
All content from the old wiki [0] needs to be taken offline and archived. It is out of date and confusing for users who find it via search engine. We should store the archive, but not allow search engines to index the content. The pulpproject.org already points to the new wiki [1].

The story had 2 areas of deliverables. I did the time sensitive parts, which were already tracked as part of another story. I've rewritten this to only identify the remaining work. Given that it's changed and not as time sensitive I am removing the groomed and sprint candidate flags and also removing it from the sprint.

Pulp 2 is approaching maintenance mode, and this Pulp 2 ticket is not being actively worked on. As such, it is being closed as WONTFIX. Pulp 2 is still accepting contributions though, so if you want to contribute a fix for this ticket, please reopen or comment on it.
