Description
We're in the process of switching providers for our jenkins slaves. The box that we use the manage them runs in QEOS, so it needs to be migrated over. We also need to upgrade nodepool (the service that manages the slaves), so we can knock out both tasks by installing a fresh nodepool instance in CIOS, getting it configured and tested, and shutting down the old instance.
The new configuration should make use of nodepool's newer secure configuration features.
