Description
We have packages that will not operate correctly unless pulp-selinux is installed, but they do not Require: that package in our spec file. For example, neither pulp-server nor python-pulp-streamer depend on pulp-selinux. Users are not likely to know that they need to install the pulp-selinux package to resolve the issues that will result from missing it, so we should help them out by depending on it for them.
