Description
In rhel-7 comps files there's new element called langpacks:
<langpacks> <match name="LabPlot-doc" install="LabPlot-doc-%s"/>
<match name="aspell" install="aspell-%s"/>
</langpacks>
In order to provide complete metadata for our products we need support of langpacks in pulp-rpm

The first of the three GitHub issues is solved by https://github.com/PulpQE/pulp-smash/pull/274. If anyone here has some time, please take a look and verify the sanity of the test. The test currently fails.

Aha. The automated test is broken. I'm referencing a repository in which we upload a single RPM, not one in which we sync in the fixtures repository. Dumb. I'll fix this.
