As a user, I can select amqp 1.0 for messaging between pulp and agent using configuration settings.
Work items:
- Add a proton messaging adapter to gofer.
Deliverables:
- Test support by specifying the proton transport in the [messaging] sections of both the server.conf and consumer.conf configuration files.

gofer.messaging.adapter.proton is code complete and tested with qpidd. Still needs to be tested with dispatch router.
