Delete pulp.common.pic

Description
pulp.common.pic does not work very well, and is currently shipped with Pulp's common package. There are much better alternatives for users who want to drive Pulp's API more manually, such as httpie and even curl. For Python automation, we also provide pulp.bindings. Therefore, we should stop maintaining pic, and delete it with the next major version of Pulp.
Don't forget to mention it in the release notes.

+100 to this. pic is always breaking for me, and doesn't do what its meant for very well. I'm using the very excellent httpie

Pulp 2 is approaching maintenance mode, and this Pulp 2 ticket is not being actively worked on. As such, it is being closed as WONTFIX.
