Description

The worker watcher deletes /var/cache/pulp/<worker-name> directory when it thinks that a worker went offline. This is incorrect behavior because the working directory is not necessarily even on the same machine as the scheduler (which runs the worker watcher thread). This is also incorrect because the directory cleanup also happens on worker startup.
