This commit introduced the "new-style" AMQP events notifiers which dispatch using subject="task.<uuid>". It also deprecates the old style http, amqp, and e-mail event notifiers. This issue is to remove the deprecated components from Pulp's codebase and docs. See the checklist below.

Pulp 2 is approaching maintenance mode, and this Pulp 2 ticket is not being actively worked on. As such, it is being closed as WONTFIX.
