pulp-admin -vv ostree repo create --repo-id=test --feed=http://rpm-ostree.cloud.fedoraproject.org/repo/ --branch fedora-atomic/f21/x86_64/cloud/docker-host
pulp-admin -vv ostree repo sync run --repo-id test
Publish fails with the error:
