unable to find docs on how to reset admin password

Description

I was not able to find the docs on how to reset Pulp's admin password. This can cause problems if someone forgets their password and needs to reset it with mongodb to get back into Pulp.

I am not sure where the best place is for this to live, maybe under "Common Issues" in the troubleshooting guide?

Pulp 2 is approaching maintenance mode, and this Pulp 2 ticket is not being actively worked on. As such, it is being closed as WONTFIX.
